Lauren Vandevier
Lauren began tattooing in 2012 after graduating with a BFA from Pratt Institute. Her background involves painting, printmaking, and designing shirts + album art for bands. Her focus is largely on traditional tattooing, blackwork, fine line and dotwork, and ornamental designs. She draws inspiration from folk art, antique engravings, textiles, and classic tattoo imagery. Lauren excels at taking a vague idea, and building on it to take it to the next level—so no worries if you’re not exactly sure what you’d like. She also has a book of "wanna-do" designs on hand to peruse at your leisure!
